Radi u projektnim biroima kao suradnik ovlaštenih projektanata na poslovima razrade i pripremanja projektne dokumentacije, u građevinskim poduzećima na poslovima kalkulacije ili izgradnje objekata visokogradnje (obiteljske kuće, stambene zgrade i dr.).

Pored toga može se uposliti u organima uprave nadležnim za urbanizam, stambene i komunalne poslove, u komunalnim poduzećima na poslovima održavanja objekata. Mogu osnivati i voditi vlastitu graditeljsku tvrtku. Nastavak obrazovanja moguć je na srodnim fakultetima.

 Znanja, vještine i sposobnosti koje se stječu u strukovnim predmetima:

• informatička pismenost; poznavanje programa za obradu teksta i izradu nacrta;
• sposobnost rješavanja različitih tehničkih problema mehanizmima logičnog razmišljanja, povezivanja i razumijevanja;
• sposobnost prostorne percepcije i prostornog zora;
• znanje proračuna jednostavnijih nosivih sklopova građevina;
• poznavanje suvremenih arhitektonskih konstrukcija, materijala i tehnologija;
• znanje i vještina izrade nacrta;
• poznavanje Zakona o gradnji, Pravilnika Komore te načina na koji se primjenjuju;
• poznavanje cjelokupnog procesa planiranja i organizacije u graditeljstvu;
• znanje izrade troškovnika za jednostavnije zgrade;
• poznavanje karakteristika gradilišta i građevinske industrije;

ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN

An architectural technician can  work in design offices or companies registered for design as an associate of certified designers in the work of elaboration and preparation of the project documentation, in construction companies on calculations ,  building construction  or civil engineering work, (family houses, residential buildings, etc.).  He/she can also work in administrative institutions responsible for urban planning, housing and communal affairs or iutility companies in the maintenance of buildings. He/she can start and run his/her own construction company.

Required Education

In order to enroll in this educational program, it is necessary to have completed elementary school and a medical certificate from an occupational medicine specialist stating that there are no health contraindications for performing the profession. The education of an architectural technician lasts four years. He/she may continue their education at related faculties.

Acquired knowledge, skills and abilities:

• IT literacy; knowledge of word processing and drafting programs;
• the ability to solve various technical problems using logical mechanisms such asthinking, connecting and understanding;
• the ability of spatial perception and spatial vision;
• the knowledge of calculation of simpler load-bearing assemblies of buildings;
• the knowledge of modern architectural constructions, materials and technologies;
• the knowledge and skill of drafting;
• the knowledge of the Law on Construction, the Rules of the Chamber and the manner in which they are applied;
• the knowledge of the entire process of planning and organization in construction;
• the knowledge of creating cost estimates for simpler buildings;
• the knowledge of the characteristics of construction sites and the construction industry;

BAUTECHNIKERTECHNIKER

Ein Bauekturtechniker arbeitet in Designbüros oder für Design registrierte Unternehmen als Mitarbeiter autorisierter Designer bei der Ausarbeitung und Vorbereitung der Projektdokumentation, in Bauunternehmen zu Berechnungen oder zum Bau von Gebäuden Hoch- oder Tiefbau (Einfamilienhäuser, Wohngebäude usw.). Man kann auch eingearbeitet werdenan Verwaltungseinrichtungen, die für Stadtplanung, Wohnungswesen und kommunale Angelegenheiten zuständig sind, u. a  Versorgungsunternehmen bei der Instandhaltung von Gebäuden. Man kann eine eigene Baufirma starten und ausführen

Erforderliche Ausbildung

Um sich für dieses Ausbildungsprogramm anzumelden, ist ein abgeschlossener Grundschulabschluss erforderlich , ein ärztliches Attest eines Arbeitsmediziners über das Fehlen gesundheitlicher Kontraindikationen  zur Ausübung des Berufs. Die Ausbildung zum Bautechniker dauert vier Jahre. Eine Fortsetzung der Ausbildung ist an entsprechenden Fakultäten möglich.

Erworbene Kenntnisse, Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten:

• IT-Kenntnisse; Kenntnisse in Textverarbeitungs- und Entwurfsprogrammen;
• die Fähigkeit, verschiedene technische Probleme mit hilfe logischer Mechanismen zu lösen wie Verbinden und Verstehen;
• die Fähigkeit zur räumlichen Wahrnehmung;
• die Kenntnisse in der Berechnung einfacher tragender Baugruppen;
• die Kenntnisse moderner architektonischer Konstruktionen, Materialien und Technologien;
• die Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten im Verfassen von Entwurfen;
• die Kenntnis des Baugesetzes, der Kammerordnung und der Art und Weise ihrer Anwendung;
• die Kenntnisse des gesamten Planungs- und Organisationsprozesses im Bauwesen;
• die Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen für einfachere Gebäude;
• die Kenntnisse über die Besonderheiten von Baustellen und der Baubranche;
